PLANE SUCKER (DIRECT PROFILE) PVF

A flat suction cup is one of the types of vacuum grip; this type of execution has a profile with a small volume of the cavity under the suction cup, which allows to reduce the grip time, to use a less efficient vacuum generator or vacuum ejectors. A flat suction cup is used for products with a flat surface, and for products having an uneven surface, a bellows suction cup is used. The PVF flat suction cup is made of NBR rubber and silicone. Vacuum suction cups at the inlet are equipped with a threaded nut where you can directly put a fitting with a collet clamp and apply a vacuum. The easiest way to create a vacuum in the system is by installing a vacuum ejector.
