Additional information about the types of pneumatic valves: Distributors with a mechanical control type allow directing compressed air flows directly using hand levers and control buttons (with and without a locking function), toggle switches and limit switches, as well as a foot pedal (also having a locking option). Electromagnetic control valves (there are models with one and two coils) allow you to switch positions thanks to the pulses received on the electromagnetic coils. Coils for these valves are supplied separately, they differ in electric current - constant (DC) and alternating (AC), as well as voltage - 12V, 24V, 24V (50Hz), 110V (50Hz), 220V (50Hz).
Pneumatically controlled valves distribute positions by supplying air directly to the spool via the control channel of the distributor. The number of lines of the distributor determines the ability to control several operating mechanisms in different positions of the control element. Two and three-position distributors - two-position ones allow to distribute compressed air flows along 2 lines, respectively, three-position ones have an average position, which, depending on the scheme, happens: with a “closed center” (all lines are closed), normally open (channels A and B are connected to air discharge channels) and with air supply to both lines at once (pneumatic cylinder control).

Air connection is carried out by means of fittings and a pneumatic tube. Pneumatic throttles are equipped with a non-return valve, are installed in the general system, usually in front of the actuator (pneumatic actuator), designed to control the flow of compressed air and provide free passage in the opposite direction. The pressure loss with a nominal air flow passing through a fully open throttle with a non-return valve closed does not exceed 0.5 kgf / cm2. For the operation of the DR inductor, prepared air is used with a filtration of at least 40 microns. Air is connected via fittings with a collet clamp and a pneumatic tube.
BESL series silencer air throttle - are installed in the exhaust ports of the air distributors. They allow you to adjust the speed of the pneumatic cylinder (at its output), while reducing exhaust noise. The choke fitting of the NSE, SA, SL series ensures the fixation of pneumatic plastic tubes due to the collet clamp and allows you to adjust the speed of the pneumatic cylinder.
Pneumatic silencers are made of sintered copper balls (sintered bronze), can reduce production noise when depressurizing the atmosphere of the pneumatic system, they are fixed in the exhaust channels of the pneumatic distributor, pneumatic plate, single-acting pneumatic cylinder and other equipment. Due to the structure of the working part of the muffler, the air flow is dispersed. Mufflers with a large bore (BSL-05 and more) can be used in pneumatic caving systems of bunker and other systems. They must always be installed on the exhaust ports of 3/2, 5/2 or 5/3-line / pos. (Periodically during operation, silencers must be degreased with white spirit and blow compressed air through them in the opposite direction.)
