Anodized aluminum pipes (Aluminum sleeves)
The seamless anodized aluminum sleeves presented on this page differ in internal diameter and wall thickness, and are accordingly divided into the following sizes: 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 63 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 125 mm, 160 mm, 200 mm , 250 mm, 320 mm.
These sleeves are manufactured by high-temperature extrusion, this method consists in using a special press to press a hollow aluminum ingot through a high-precision die and mandrel, as a result of which the liner has a high surface finish and directional roughness. Further, a seamless aluminum pipe undergoes anodization, which makes it resistant to aging or corrosion. The whole technology of production of aluminum pipes allows you to use it as a sleeve for the manufacture of pneumatic cylinders.
Honed steel seamless cold drawn pipes (Steel sleeves)
The seamless honed steel pipes supplied by our company are used for the manufacture of cylinder liners of the "GNS series". The steel material ST52 / ST45 is used for the production of steel pipes. These honed steel pipes have an internal diameter tolerance of H8-H9 and a surface roughness of Ra = 0.2-0.4 μm. Steel pipes are delivered with various internal diameters from 40 mm to 250 mm., The length of the pipe is cut according to the customer's request.
Chrome plated steel rod
Material - steel 45, carbon structural quality steel with a carbon content of 0.45%. Surface roughness Ra 0.2-0.4 μm, permissible deviations in stem diameter f8. The surface has hard chrome plating, which gives the steel additional wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The stock is supplied in diameters from 6 to 100 mm.
